LIMITED EDITION PRINTS - restricted to an edition of 200 of each
ABOUT THE PRINTS - please read this as it gives you important information about the quality of the prints
My prints are produced using inks and papers made by the top manufacturers. The inks are pigment, not dye based, the papers are of the required archival standard as tested by an independent UKAS laboratory. Accelerated UV testing, by the ink manufacturers, indicates that the pigmented inks should have a life span of up to 200 years if displayed under normal lighting conditions.
Can the prints be displayed anywhere? Yes they can, although normal precautions should be taken. Any dye, whether it be in an original painting, fine art print, photo print, paint, fabric etc. will fade more quickly if exposed to direct UV radiation i.e. sunlight.
My limited edition prints are printed on Hahnemuhle 'Albrecht Durer paper'.
Hahnemuhle is one of the finest paper makers in the world. Each print comes with a a hand embossed certificate of authenticity. The printer I use is a Fine Art Trade Guild Accredited Fine Art Printer. The certificates are printed on archival paper and contain information on the artist, the title of the work, the media used and the number and date of the limited edition.
Print sizes vary according to the dimensions of the work.
I have 2 standard sizes that correspond as closely as possible with A4 and A3 (as a guide). They may be slightly larger or slightly smaller depending on the dimensions of the original. Prints come with an additional 25mm border for mounting and framing purposes
